Thread: The Real Question Do Armor Mitigations Stack?

We all know that armor is now certified and progressing through an elite profession will mitigate the negative effects of the armor (IE slower movement, decreased accuracy, and etc).

The real question now is -------

Can I pick two elite professions that are certified for the same type of armor and get their armor mitigations to stack?!

Riflemen and Pistoleers both get Recon Armor and the mitigations for it. If I got Master Riflemen and Master Pistoleer, will I be able to wear Recon Armor with no negative effect?

Since most combat specials are now stacking with other weapons, you would think that armor mitigation would stack too?

Any thoughts would be welcomed.

This question will help determine many, many players future templates.

Thanks, Okram.

I'm going to be sure to test it when the elite professions hit TC5.

I really doubt it. It will probably be like ranged and melee damage mitigation. Only the highest will count.
