Will they still be used at all for crafting any armors. Or any of the armor schem loots for that matter?

I have a set of 6-7 (exceptional) krayt scales that i've been saving forever.

Do I wait to see and take a chance or get the armor crafted now?

Have they mentioned anywhere if stats matter on current looted items and how they will be converted over? I have looked, so far cannot find a post on that. We all probably have 100's - 1000's of looted segments, scales, hides, cubes, etc we are hoarding for the CU and wondering if they will be useful. I am curious on Nightsister shards, as encumbrance is out the window. I got some sweet shards too.

I have some exceptional and a lot of very good shards too. I hope it will be converted in something usefull . But we have to wait -I don't think anyone on TC is going to hunt NS ATM, lol !

I wish they would let us know about this. This is the area that worried me the must about the CU

With any luck the looted components will be ported over or there are going to be a lot of irate AS. If NS shards will reduce the hindrance, and the stat can't be experimented on, they will become far more valuable, but AS will need to custom build a lot more pieces in the same way that WS have had to with the influx of krayt tissue.
