im planning on switching myASfrom rebel to imperial for one day to get the JSF deed, and i have a lot of FP on her, and she isnt a particularly high rank, so ieither need to delegate it to an alt and loose large amounts of it, or spend it on armour schems, but my question is if i change from reb to imp, do all my reb factional armour schems get deleted, or do i get to keep them? thanks

as soon as you resign, you lose all your schematics.

Good to know that you drop your schematics once you resign. So basically get your schems, make your armor then resign and switch then?
