Since when has regular segments started dropping as loot drops? I just bought a Bone Armor Segment (Exceptional) from the bazaar and I think we had some loot Chitin segments earlier too on our server.

I'd drool if layers started dropping too.. imagine some exceptional stun layers..

As far as I know, those items have always dropped. Items such as stun layers do not drop, however (have not seen or heard of any).
