Hi I am still new and this is my first post on the official board. if any one can sell me a really good set of Composite Armor or this even R.I.S. armor I am hearing about plz let me know. I am geting my ass handed to me by some NPC's and this armor will help. I don’t have much money so if you can do it at cost I have like 90k. I know this armor gos for well over what I have but it is all I have and all I can get with out some help from the armor so if you can help me plz send a e-mail to [email protected] thank you all

Your best bet is to find an armorsmith that sells high kinetic ubese and get a suit of that first then work your way up to composite.

You should post this on your Galaxy trade board. Or at least let people know what server you're on.
