Thread: 35% base rancor padded segments ... any good ?

I am not an armorsmith. I looted 10 of this segments from Enraged Bull rancor. I never saw padded segments with base this high. Will it make good padded armor ?

around 70% base

keeep in mind, energy and kinetic will be in base... so with medium eff slice you have 90% padded!
