Is there any difference in resutls? is one better than the other? I seem to take more damage from PVE with my stun armor although the stun armor has better stats? whats the deal here? thanks for any responses.

x% resistance in special or base will yield the same protection. The difference for the customer is that base (effectiveness) can be sliced. Is that what you were asking?

I think I know what you are talking about. I have a set of armor thatI get worked in if I'm wearing it eventhough the stats are better. I'm a wookie and The armor that is 80ken and 82 base I get these loop-hole hits of 1k or more with the guy using Energy. I have yet to be hit for anything over 250 with normal 80ken/80energy 71 base unless it's stun of course. I donno what's going on but I and others I know have been gettin hit with huge dmg with our good armor on...lol.
