because rollback on bloodfin, all my last work to make many many composites to convert in new system, is lost.

look my problem.

when soeannouce put cu in live, my 30 factiories is working to make eletrical layer.

Imeadiatly I put more 10 factires to make advacend composite segments, and final composites.

I end my work few hours before server down to upgrade.

i think make 4000-5000 pieces of armor.

when server back some of advanced composite segmentsdisapear, but is minor problems. because 70-80% of armors are done.

situation in this point is horrible, but accpetable.

then soe make an rollback of bloodfin to day 25 before I start to make final armors and segments.

when I Open my factories all itens is not converted to new system like some in my invetory.

now i have 18000 eletricallayers with 0 on all stats and inusable in new system, because is not converted and 9000 advanced composite segments same of old system, but inusable in new !!!

Icontact customer supportopennig an ticket, and csr, tell me dont make nothing, because dont have dovulution of itens. and to compense my lost, in next week have 4x more xp !!!!!

I dont need devolution of itens, i need correct conversion, or trasnformation in resources again (I prefer it)

and I DONT NEED 4X XP my template is done !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I dont talk about 20-30 k in resources, im talking about 2.5 milions in RESOURCES lost.

plz post here to make SOE support conscientious, that they had exactly created this problem, placing the CU before the hour and not making simple backup
