Never Mind. I guess the total score on each planet plays a huge roll in all this.
Example: Corellia/Chilastra is 449/26 Rebels are winning. Costs there are about 1115 per piece. Tatooine is a bit closer together and the costs are 2200fp per piece.

Total: 7,200 (was 19,000 Faction Points)

to about 2200 per piece. Ive looked on every planet and they cost the same. This I 'hope' is a bug and not a stealth re-nerf
