Same thingwith my PSGs.
It must be the good quality of the upgrade behind this since they tested it a lot and didn't make haste to get it live?

Confirmed. My Imp PSGs have 9000 condition. 99 energy resists. 40 recharge and the +10 to general melee and ranged accuracy

1st craft : Imp psg => Condition 6855 / recharge rate 60.5 / Energy 2255 / mods : General melee accuracy 10 / General Ranged Accuracy 10
2nd Craft MK3 => Condition 6845 / recharge rate 56.4 / Energy 2247/ mods : NO MODS

Mk3 PSG: 2393 Energy, 59 Recharge Rate, 7004 Condition
Imp PSG: 2135 Energy, 67.9 Recharge Rate, 6919 Condition.. and +10 General Accuracy
Mk3 PSG:s can have better resists since they have uncapped resources, whereas Imp PSG:s want Ditanium Steel. How big the difference is in protection percentages I leave to someone else to calculate.

This is a known issue and the Devs said a Hot Patch for this will be in Saturday or Sunday.
this will fix all Crates and anything pulled from it so that they will match stats from what the crate says to what the item pulled from the crate says.
