Thread: What Stats Are You Able to Reach ATM?
I got about 10-15 of those resource deeds before the CU hit to make sure i could get "best ever" resources for what i didn't have. I also made a habit of placing harvies on anything that had high OQ/SR whether i needed it or not for about a year now. Layers use Armor and clothing factories still. Not sure if it has anything to do with it but i placed my factories down after the CU.
I used some converted ubese segs that i was using for 76% kinetic and made some cores. i crafted a ubese jacket with the following stats:
Condition: 40561
Kinetic: 4303
Energy: 6303
Heat/Cold/Acid/Elec: 5303
Hinderances: 17.5%, 35%, 53.5%

wouldnt energy resist in the 7800 range be pushing like 60% hinderance and since you only mitigate 40% would leave the combatant shooting at around 20% slower? just curious

It put the fire rate at 63.7 hinderance. after master proffession mitigation it was 3.7 cause 60% was mitigated. The other hinderances were about 2.5% and 1.7% after master mitigation. Not a bad trade off for the protection
