I take it that these are currently not working. After buying some Peko feathers I used one in a Rebel Assault chesplate and it came out no different than usual.
Does anyone know what the new AS stuff is meant to do(inc the bio cartridges) ?

I used a feathered thing on a padded chest, it made no visual or stat difference.
The Bio cartridges I presume will do the same as you have to with faction armour and attune the suit to the wearer, meaning no-one else can wear it. Advantage... nill that I can see... disadvantage... you can never lend/sell the armour.
