Thread: What Position About Armor Components in crates with no Correct Converstion To New System

All my crates with armor components of old system has wrong conversion.

I dont speak about 1 or 2 itens, im speaking about 45000 itens. is too many itens with problem to SOE ignore me.

Im try get solution With customer suport, but nothing. auto response is on.


I need position what I make with all these itens.


1) wait for CORRECT conversion ? When ? What ?

2) wait for conversion to Resource Back ? When ? What ?

3) delete all itens and cry ?


I have these itens because soe dont make backup of bloodfin and have a Rollback.

Before conversion, I used 80-90% of these itens and maked many armor.

but Rollback, ruined all my work.

I dont crying for my work in rollback period, im crying for dont correct conversion of itens in crates only.


another itens out of crates are corectly converted, but in crate not!!!!!


then DEV´S have a responsability to correct it.

I was told this will be fixed and it's a script error.
