Armor Appearance Enhancement,

Sorry if i missed this anywear else in the Forum. But were can i get these items, and what exactly do they do. Thank your for your help.

Feathered appearance is made using peko albatross feathers.

Know one knows what the other 2 are yet... or at least no one is telling if they do
