In the state of the game letter, we are told that publish 8 will contain:

Publish 8 (Droids Rebuilt)

Utility Droids
Droid Power Display
Droid Customization
Image Designer Enhancements
Fix Hermit quests
Increase the amount and frequency of MOB Spawns
Fix PSG's with Random stats
Revise Starport Routes/ Lower Shuttle times
Lengthen the amount of time it takes for structures to decay
New User: guided experience through starting professions
Combat Profession Bug Fixes

However, in the in development notes for the droids rebuit publish, there is no mention of the psgs at all. Does this mean that psgs will not be fixed in publish 8, or that they will be fixed in publish 8 and it just wasn't mentioned?
