Well, i looted one a while back, and I don't really know how much i should sell it for, or even get an armorsmith to make me the armor. If you post, post anything that you know about it, including how difficult it is to get the materials to make it, how rare it is, what kind of resists the armor has, any mods, etc. Much appreciated

From what I know (which is less and less everyday) This schematic allows you another layer in your segment. Just making your Ris better but not letting you make a ris segment with this alone.

Hmmm, so how much better is an extra layer (i know nothing about armor crafting)

It also requires use to use a Geonosian power cube, which can add to the base resists too. This along with 3 layers, and a Janta Hide or NS shard, and you can make some pretty nice RIS.
