I have been an artisan for some time. Master artisan, architect, and merchant. I am getting tird up just making bikes and harvesters. SO i am trying something new. As you can tell that something new is armorsmith. Ive done all artisan profession except chef and armorsmith. As of now i am 4/0/0/3 and will master within a week.
What id like to know:
Are the components used im making armor needing to be top grade items (90+%). Like for synthetic cloth, panel, etc...... ?
As architect some items required high experimentation (harvesting items)and some didnt ( walls, generators,etc...)
So i would like to prepare ahead of time and get things ready. I am happy and excited to try this new profession but dont want to be hurting when i hit master.
Any help on this would be grateful.
Thanks

Things that do not need experimentation: synthcloth, RFP's, fiberpanels, all of the components for PSG's (including the master artisan ones), AUK's (although open to debate although most smugglers I know seem to think it doesn't matter but a few do).
Things that do need experimentation: layers, segments, padded segments (tailor schematic), and of course all of the armor pieces and PSG's
