What are the maximum protections by armour type
the reason I'm asking is because I have always been told that padded armour is useless but there is a thred showing that someone is making padded with 80% energy and kinetic and lower HAM than composite which seems to be perfect for PVE which is all I do.
Sorry if this info is posted but I have been searching for it with no luck
