i have a bunch of attachments. Like 7 i believe. I want them put in a ubese bandolier. my question is how can i do this would it be best to get a bandolier with a lot of slots and put them in myself or should i get it done by a master armosmith (can they build me one and custom do it. as in as they craft it implement all my attachments?)
also if i have an attachment that has defense vs stun 1 and another attachment that says defense vs stun 1 can i put them in the same piece of armor and have them add to eachother? please help me out. thank you all armosmiths for any positive or information on this that would be helpful.

4 is the max number of sockets an item can have, get a 4 slot Bandolier, and a 4 slot ubese shirt, and a 4 slot mabari or Padded Belt. Those will hold a bunch of attachments, and never degrade to 0 condition.

Don't put two of the same type into a single item. For example your defense vs stun. Put one in the bandolier, and one into the shirt. Otherwise, they won't stack together if in the same piece of clothing.
