Thread: What price for AUKs?
That's interesting. I was thinking more along the line of 1k each. Here's why, please correct me if I'm wrong:
Each kit allows one slice. When looking into this issue, I considered that most smugglers I work with charge 20-25k for slicing a full set of composite armor (9 pieces). If I sell them AUKs at 1k each, that's a profit of 20k-9k = 11k, up to 16k if they charge 25k for the set. That's a good, fair profit margin, IMO. And it's a fair price for me, supplying the AUKs, as well.
Am I off somewhere in this reasoning? Again, I haven't sold these before, so I want to make sure I don't undercut other AS', nor do I want to overprice the products, to the detriment of making decent sales volumes.
Edit: BTW, did you mean 5k/kit or 5k/crate (of 25)? I'm thinking of selling mine for 1k each kit, thus 25k/crate.

According to the smugglers and my experimentation....the quality doesn't matter.
Notice there's no quality rating on the finished product?
