not much point right now since you can do just as well as a 10 point smint but, you need to get ahold of a total of +20 armorsmith experimentation tapes/armor attachmentsand put them into some clothes/armor. that will get you your 2 extra points... but like i said they dont do a whole lot.

its not a big deal right now, with crafting armor set the way it is, being a 12 point is a joke. and its a shame. i only ever made it to 11 point myself, and while that was a great improvement then over 10, now it does help enough to make it worth going thru and getting skill tapes
