pretty much just a +22hp bonus slot from the peko peko feathers that actually arnt currently broken and give said +22hp bonus. Maybe even eventually it'll add a 'feathered apperance' too. But for now that's petty much all it seems to do.

Has anyone yet to figure out what Feathered layers do for the armor skin?
