There's 3 areas you can add the HP bonus in at. But only an AS can do that as it has to be crafted in. There's a slot in segments, a slot in cores, and so far 1 sort of useable slot in final assembly.
It's not like skill tapes where you just click and drag them over.

Have you seen any loot items that go in the core enhancement slot?
well I did a bit of RIS crafting and it heres the results.
* Note it seems health bonus does not stack in the armor cores from the segments. In the advanced armor core for battle I used 2 segments that were +15 krayt enhanced and 1 non enhanced segment. When placed into the armor core I only got +15 to health. The armor cores themselfs though do stack when placed in the armor. Made in RIS a nice helmetandleggins both +30 to health, and RIS body armor +45 to health.
I made another helmet, leggins, and body armor with +15 to health in each.
Using advanced armor cores I was making the armor with like 5300 to all stats (energy, kinetic, electricity, acid, heat, cold) and like 73,000 condition. I was putting armor feathering into the final armor crafting, though when I was making marauder arm armor I did not see any condition differences or appearence differences with or without it. So I don't know what effect feathering has at all really.
Using standard cores I was getting around 3800and inbasic armor cores I was hitting caps of 2000 when used in the armor.
Now I just need to find some more copper to make a few crates of advanced armor cores for when I ever loot more GDK scales. Preparing for the months ahead makes stormy weather tolerable.
On a side note the funnest thing about the CU is the Respec. I mastered all 32 profs on my quest for sensitivity using a flow chart to maximize what I could make and do the profs in order to make what I wanted. Nice to go back and use all that loot afterwards to make decorative armor for my home or to parade in. I may not have had much in the way of credits but my pile of resources was grand. Well after grinding shipwright a bit my hord is somewhat lessened.
