Something Wierd is going on


Last week I created some Energy Protection Layers that were -82kin +82 Energy


THis week I am using the SAME EXACT RESOURCES and gettting -24Kin 24Energy


Is this a Bug or have we been hit with the nerf bat once again?


I also made some Primus layers using Reasource Kit best server Spawn stuff and they came out +11 / +11 -12 on all the specials..
