Or, what would be the best Battle Armor on the Market? This is for a neutral BH( ie Jedi Hunting)
Thanks for the info. I have yet to try the CU extensively, so any info would be very helpful

Any battle armor would have the same stats. My customers love padded (sold 20 mill worth in 5 hrs).
Some people prefer other types. Its all about your personality now.

Best armour for hunting jedi would be any armour withhigh energy resists - notable RECON

For sure. Energy layered recon armor would be the best hands down.

Firstly unless you have a profession that is certified for battle you wont be able to wear it since BH is certified for assault. As far as the differences in armor there are only 3 types not with Assault, Battle, and Recon. Each combat profession is certified for 1 type and to wear others you will need another profession which is capable of wearing it. Padded is just a skin now which goes over the Battle cores. to ge a little more in depth battle is he same stats across the board unless it's layered, recon is +1k energy/-1k kinetic, assault is +1k kinetic/-1k energy.

tis a pretty skin though. very colorful.

Not so sure about energy being the best anymore...jedi do ranged kinetic with force powers and a good BH dosn't get close. Also melee range was cut in half...I just assumed Energy like everyone else then another smith who is also a BH mentioned these things to me. Since then BH's i've talked to also seem to prefer higher Kin than Energy.
