When I make my cores layers are required in them, how are people making Unlayered cores?

If you decide to leave this game due to the lack of customer loyalty, continue to show them how big an impact it has made and stop purchasing any sony products. Over time they will realize that their customers should have been more important as they will lose millions.

Layers are NOT required. They are optional. I daresay we ALL make a lot of unlayered cores and save the layered stuff for when we really want to take people's money, put up big numbersfor jedi hunters, or forspecial armors like a suit of RIS or something similar.
