u see stats on Scout armour... OMG the non-faction will have EXACTLY the ...OMG same stats... except... LOWER condition

and i dont know where you got your core counting from.. mabari chest = 7cores legs/helm 2 cores each

there is a total of 11 cores ina suit of armour

Maybe im going off old information. I was looking at a player site, showed that the 3 mentioned above recon styles wouldnt take advanced cores where faction would. But, if you can get Mabri/tantel/ubese that can take advanced cores then great. Guess that has been updated. But i appreciate the sarcasm anyways.

Every suit takes 11 cores, basic/standard/advanced not specified, just type specified. If you can put cores into faction armour, you can put them into non-faction armour, and get the same protection.

Ok, lots of misunderstanding here, I think others have corrected your armor assembly errors. Here are the stats you wanted, adv core build (3 segs per core).

Protections same for all recon armors (faction and non faction)

Unlayered cap: 7000 energy, 5000 kinetic, 6000 base

Full energy layered cap: 8200 energy, 3800 kinetic, 6000 base

Full primus layered cap: 7600 energy, 5600 kinetic, 5400 base

Condition: non faction cap around 5xk, faction around 8xk

Stuff I have made:

Unlayered: 7000 energy,

Energy layered: 8165 energy,

primus: 7564 energy,

non faction condition 47k, not made faction.

There is a good sticky at the top of this armorsmith forum called Post Cu armor for customers that has this sort of info plus alot more in it
