Making Mandalorian Armor is a somewhat different process than making every day armor. Mandalorian Assault Armor is an art form, tailored to each individual warrior like a glove. There is no mass production of Mandalorian Armor. Each individual piece must be crafted by a master of their trade, be it a Droid Engineer making the helmet and bracers, a Tailor crafting the pants, gloves and belt, or an Armorsmith making the boots, chest plate and biceps. Each piece requires several ingredients the Deathwatch carry on themselves, just in case someone suicidal enough manages to make it in the Bunker. One is a binary liquid, used to clean and prepare each piece of the base bounty hunter armor to become Mandalorian Armor. The other is a protective liquid coating which gives Mandalorian Armor its uncannily long life and ruggedness. There is no central storage facility for these items. Each one must be taken by force from a guard that happens to be carrying it on them within the bunker.
