Yes, I know the RIS components arent dropping at the moment, but I'm getting ready to have a suit of RIS built, and am looking to talk with an armorsmith to find out what all I need to get and what parts would be best.

Would love any knowledgable help I could get.

Im trying to collect a couple of these 30k resource kits so i can get the best stuff around for making my suit.

I would love to just sit and chat with a RIS Certified AS and "talk turkey" as to what loot components I should gather (NS Shards, Armor Layers, etc). I dont know a whole lot about NS stuff, so any help is appreciated.

Yes I have read the FAQ, but not being an AS im still a bit lost .
