I would like to get 4 arm pieces(bicep x2, bracer x2) with little to no encumbrance. I don't care about the resists, and I don't care about the durability. These will be for AAs. So what should I ask my AS for? Mabari? RIS? @.@bone?

Mabari has no arm parts, Bone is made by Artisans and I dont recall if they have sockets or not.
RIS is prohibitavely expensive IF you can find someone to do it without you having to fork over the rare components.
For Mortals:
Maybe either advanced composite using high UT/MA resources and high quality Night sister shards and hope for 4 sockets and an encumbrence slice.
Result - very light but not Zero HAM
Or high condition krayt segments(advise to get al the condition you can) using high MA resources for final combine and hope for 4 sockets and an encumbrence slice.
Result - light but not zero HAM.
For the wealthy:
I think zero HAMcan be achieved using RIS layers? with an interwoven RIS schematic(three layer slots in the segment) used in advanced compositewith a nice Night sister shard however the Interwoven RIs schematic is a loot dropped by ackley and the RIS layer needs a Peco Albatross feather if I recall. - (not too familiar with RIS componentsso maybe Skinny will pop in and clear up my mess).

I made 1/0/1 padded boots using NS shards/layers, so biceps/ bracers/gloves can be near 0/0/0 . And padded arms looks good)

I made a suit of interwoven bone the other day with 0 encumb using RIS layers and shards in the bigger parts
Just for fun but great for jedi hunting BHs

Almost any armor can hit 0 HAM on the arm pieces given good enough Nightsister Shards. Since you can also get high resists and high durability with composite or RIS you might as well use them, but obviously composite will be a lot cheaper.
I've made composite gloves with 4/0/0 ham using RIS layers (need peko albatross feathers) and they had 68% base resists (nothing in special) and around 39k condition. The nightsister shards I used were better than the base -10/-10/-10 ones, but they weren't uber... probably around -15/-20/-20 range.
You could also use nightsister layers, but then you'd need better nightsister shards (because the NS layers only reduce action cost, whereas RIS layers can reduce all 3 pools).

You do know that equiping low quality bracers / biceps will result in these area's getting hit, and with low resists they will be wasted to 0 condition very quickly, while getting you hit for huge amounts of damage.... You can not use a '4 piece' set and then expect to fill the holes in with low quality armor, it does not work like that....
