We never will. AS don't really need one like the other professions. They don't want to make it so easy for us to get that 12 pts.

Well they seemed suprised at the Fan Fest (yeah the one almost a year ago) that we didn't have one. Perhaps you as correspondent can add a burr to their saddle and get them moving on one for us I've never had more than 12mil because I'm constantly giving stuff away and can't afford the skill tapes. This would give me some hope at least.
