We the armorsmiths & other playersof Starwars Galaxies, in order to build a more perfect gaming experience, do hereby wish to inform the Development team of these simple truths.
You may feel that your actions against our correspondant was justified, perhaps it was deserved. You have to understand though, this is not your game, it is ours. You have for too long been acting in a way that is neither productive nor supportive of what this gaming community desires. It is time now that you learn a very plain concept. When you cease to work on behalf of people who are paying you to behave ina certain fashion, revolt is the only possible outcome after all other methods have been exhausted. Sony Online Entertainment may believe that players can be treated like dirt and they will love you for it, but we are here to say... no more.
Now is the time for the developers of this game, to either conduct themselves in a professional manner, not that of fearful dictators but rather the talented artists you all once originally set out to become when you first entered this industry, or accept that they cannot do what is asked of them and turn this mockery of a game and its rampant abuse of paying customers off. Either fix the game, and do it right, no one has ever asked to turn this game into EQ2 or WoW, or shut this game down.
We are not fools, your lies about positive feedbackwashes over us like so many petty insults. All it does is fuel the fire. The players are tired of this nonsense, thislittle dance of abuse and tidbits of relief so you can try to make us think you are heros fighting for the players, it needs to stop.
Before this mockery of a combat upgrade had been revealed, the armorsmith profession was in fairly good working order. We had a few bugs, nothing serious or game breaking, but it did not require our entire profession to get gutted.Ours is not the only profession to be hurt by this new system, but certainly the most visible. As such it is why we here now must be the fulcrum to enact change. If we allow the developers to bring this system to live, it will only be a matter of time until the other professions suffer similar fates of extraordinarily bad decision making by the developers who claim to be "improving" our game experience.
Developers, hear our anger... this is where it ends, your tyranny is over.
We'll leavethe final act up to you.
I hope you are capable of making the right choice.

actually you are quite wrong, it IS their game, it IS their choice to make it better, or slam it into the ground as they see fit.
just all depends on what they really want to do
