This seams to be part of the new finial combine. Anyone know who makes these?

I hope its player crafted. DE or BE. I find no please in quest items or loot. ie cant make a mass productionrun.

IT would seem BE got a hunge crafting brunt thrown on them. I know many who wouldnt complain about it but some BE's do not like the expense of making current tissues or additives.

I'm a BE as well as AS... haven't heard of these yet for BE on test center.
