I would have not just said the armorsmith boards but the -profession- boards. AS arnt the only ones with gripes about the CU. Sure we've been concentrating on the areas that affect us. But Entertainers, Armorsmiths, BE's, Medics, Combat medics etc have all been vastly changed. We just seem to have raised the most stink. But I think ultimately one profession or another would have.
I don't think it's fair to judge a game based on forums... with that being said, do they show the results of the exit polls for tc-5 ?
Surprisingly the Chef's haven't picked up the pitchforks yet.

/agree every board i've looked at is full of negative CU sentiments...

Alot of people are also simply not commenting. For example. My guild has started looking to me for the answers to all their armor questions. And they've all taken a wait and see attitude. Because they know I'll raise their concerns as well as mine.
As for chefs not picking up the pitchforks etc. The 2 chefs in my guild poped a look at it. But so far it seems according to them largely unchanged as far as crafting is concerned. Which is probably ultimately all that really matters. Because what ever is a good bonus. Remains a good bonus. Though I can only go by what they've told me.
The crating remains the same. Unfortunately, no tests have become conclusive whether or not the results contain any viable bonus. Basically, wehave the potential situation as AS. We can still make things...but willthose "things" be worth it to the consumer for the amount of credits it takes to make said "things." No one is going to pay 750K for armour that may or may not help them. No one is gonna pay 250K/crate for a "brandy" that will last 5 minutes on a 30 minute stomach.
I cannot imaginejust how difficult it will be for all crafters to obtain resources needed...all of this scares the heck out of me, and the vast majority of theposting-playing public. I just hope someone recognizes this.

Aye. I wasnt trying to imply that they werent worried. Just that they couldnt tell worth a damn right now and decided to sit and wait till testing advanced a little further so they could actually start doing meaninful tests rather than grinding a profession for no real reason.

Bhas did, and was banned.
I think Chefs by and large have no idea what's going to happen.
However, combat is more about 'levels' and groups now, from what I understand, and so the effectivness of food/drink is being reduced. The need just won't be there. And they're changing a lot of the pools, and the tactics.
I think it's safe to say there really isn't any clear idea how it'll turn out, but safe to assume it won't be pleasent.
