Crafted it tonight. Am waiting for the owner to post the screenshot, and I will put the link on this thread soon.
Used 2 NS layer with 7% base, -7 Action Encumberance and a NS shard with -10 to all encumberances.
Had a good success experimenting in quality on the segment.
Came out to 69% Base Effectiveness and had a 31% armor up slice that took it to 90%. 150 Mind Encumberance, and 5 Action Encumberance. Dont remember the health encumbeance, but I was so happy i didnt completely fail it.
Sucks that it has shifting stats. But I think I can deal with a shifting 90% Helmet.

Sucks, the Kinetic didnt raise up with the rest of the resistnaces like Electric does with composite.
The kinetic resists was only 23%. But I dont care. I have no problem with it, and the player that had me make it, didnt actually care a ton about some of the stats. He has a shifting 90% RIS helmet. Oh well, he has a 90% RIS helmet. Could sell for millions on Naritus.

The 90% resistance is a great accomplishment.
My issuewith RIS is. . .
I have a composite chestplate that is 80% to specials and 90% base (sliced up from 68). The health encumbrance is 234, which is manageable. The stats don't shift. It has one weaknesscompared to RIS -stun. It more than makes up for this weakness with its 90% kinetic protection. So where is the reward for the exhorbitant amount of time and money put into gathering the RIS ingredients?

Hmm... Im curious how you made it have Heat/Cold Base Effectiveness. So far all the RIS on my server I have seen comes out the same, minus the boots, and that is Volun to Heat/Cold/Acid/Stun. Very interesting, to say the least.

As I'm not an AS, I was wondering how the stats shift.
A helmet with a vulnerability to acid doesn't seem to be of much use in PvP, which is what high-end armor is used for.
Congrats on the 90% effectiveness though, a sweet looking helmet with some incredible ham costs for that effectiveness.
