I was wondering if resource quality matterson synthetic clothing or reinforced fibreplast panels?

I think it doesn't but it would be nice to have it confirmed.

AFAIK the only thing that a tailor can experiment on to make better armor is the armor padding for wookiee armor. Synth cloth and fiber panels are generic items with no effect on the final armor build.
