Weird... we''ve got two or three duralloy steel spawns that are better on OQ/SR than any of our kammris.

It's also required for Advanced bone armor segments. But, I don't think many people craft advanced bone armor. I keep meaning to someday find out just how good I can make a suit of bone armor using advanced segments. Just never get around to it. I'd have to find some good quality Rori animal bones.

My highest OQ/SR resource on Tempest is actually better than the Ewekris - its OQ 990 SR 998 Kammris hehe. The duraloy on shadowfire is unusual - I craft on 3 servers, and shadowfire's had the best steel for armor and weapons of any of them (except for the most recent crystallized bicorbantium jtl steel on tempest).

Now the only resource I'm really missing with my AS on tempest is the infernal crism.. still using OQ 550 stuff from almost a year ago, and waiting on better

My highest OQ/SR resource on Tempest is actually better than the Ewekris - its OQ 990 SR 998 Kammris hehe. On Farstar out highest OQ/SR is Kam iron - also don't forget that Iron has a better MA than steel, thus layers come out a little lighter...

On the subject of Crism, I am falling over it I have so much (2.5 million OQ 963)..... A guild member has just used 800k of the same in ships

That's a good point. I may try some mito kammris iron (984 OQ/SR) in my next run of layers, especially since ewekris duralloy steel (985 OQ/SR)is getting rare (I myself have burned through millions of units). Gonna have to find something to replace ewekris, since the stun layers I tried with the more recent spawn of duralloy (965 OQ/SR) didn't hit 40% stun.

That's a good point. The Mito has better MA than Ewekris, so I was using it to keep the encum low on the stun layers.

So mito hits 40%... that's good to know. To be honest, I've always been nervous about messing with that stun layer recipe since it takes so dang long to run stun layers. Remember the random batch of 39% segments I had - I'm still pissed over that!
