I have 6 identical Rancor Padded Armour Segments with the following stats..

Base Effectiveness - 18%

Integrity - 2525

Heath Encumbrance - 11

Action Encumbrance - 4

Mind Encumbrance - 19

Heat effectiveness - 42%

Cold effectiveness - 49%

Been away for quite a bit, these worth anything these days?

Bummer. Too bad the "exceptional" part is the special resists. Be a lot better if it was base.
