I'm mainly looking for these for attachments only so I do not care about effectivness only high condition and low ham if possible
What would you recomend?
Ive heard of 90k condition padded armor but not usre if this was some sort of legendary loot or somthing

Id have somebody make you some padded bracers/biceps and pants with ackley hides... these can easily get 40k+ condition and a decent hide will raise energy to 60-70% and base (Kinetic)50%ish.
Very stylish IMHO when worn with comp boots/gloves/chestplate/helm

reply yeah thats mainly what I was looking for padded, but because the way pvp is I dont need them to have high effectiveness, but the condition is the main thing.

padded with acklay hides is probably the way to go, but keep in mind, i'm guessing at some point the devs are going to fix armor so that you take damage from all spots, and not just chest, helm, hands, and feet. might wanna keep this in mind before you go putting a bunch of really good attachments into low resist armor.

Ok this was something i was wondering myself so i DID test this about 4 weeks ago.
IF you have differing resists on your arm pieces and leggings from the "Mini-Suit" pieces that difference in protection DOES come through. Vulnerablities DO come through on these pieces also. For my testing I used Adv Composite Armor with the following resists: 80Kin/80Elec/90B Chest, Helm, Gloves, and Boots, and 80Kin/80Elec/70B Arms and Leggings to test the differences in resists on these pieces. I also used 72Elec/38Stun/62B Composite Chest, Helm, Gloves, and Boots with the arm pieces listed above to test vulnerabilities.
Weapons I used in the test were a 189-190 Damage Scatter Pistol (32.5% Minimum Damage Power up on it) for difference in resists testing and a 198-220 Damage Geo Blaster (32.5% Minimum Damage power up on it) for vulnerability testing. I ONLY used the default attack, NO special attacks. I used these weapons and no specials to limit as much as possible the difference in damage absorbed by the armor and damage taken by the player.
Both player characters i used for the testing were logged in by me at the same time so there is noerror in feed back from another player telling me stats and damage. I was able to see the combat spam from both player characters asit happened.
From this I was able to determine in without a doubt in my mind that differences in resists and vulnerabilities in armor DO come through between mini-suit pieces and arm/leggings pieces. If you where a full suit make sure you all the pieces have the same resists for consistant protection. Otherwise you're better off wearing just the mini-suit with ubese shirt and/or mabari belt (if you don't wear a PSG) for attachments.

He is correct, for example if you have a comp mini set, then use bone bracers, you will have a HUGE armor hole when anything kinetic attacks you.... If you use a mini set, you must NOT fill in the gaps.
I think this is the reason so many people complain the 4 peice set does not work, they do not understand this simple fact.
I use the mini set, camo pants and form fitted shirt and never have armor holes....

The way is works you take damage to all areas anyway, just if NO armor is found on that location it gets shunted to a peice of armor in the same area 'group'....
To the origanal post, you can't use low % bracers, you will get dead in PvP very quickly, also the condition will drop at an insane rate....40k condition 90% base comp will take 5 times as much damage as 10% base 80k condition armor before it breaks.
