Thread: A question about Armor types (post-CU)

OK, I understand they are going to have all the different types (recon, battle, assault, etc). I know the rebel BA will require faction points to bio link, Heres my question. Will it be better than the other stuff? if it isnt, why pay the faction?

Far as we can tell so far? No rebel/Imperial armor wil -not- be better than any other armor of its class. It will just look 'cool'. As to why pay the FP cost then? DUDE? Dont you want to look COOL and Teh Ub3r I337?
Inevitably some people will choke up the additional FP/Credits for factional armor for its looks. Likely the same kinds of people who can afford to buy 30+ ADK kits. Or full ADKed suits of armor etc.

yeah it's basically looking cool.... and if you intend on going pvping you might as well faction armor anyways since you are overt....
other then that no bonus... as far as we know.. noone has bought a schematic and tried yet i dont think

Ah well, ill just get some padded and save up faction lol. besides, except for helmet i like the look of padded (if its good colors)
