Thread: Stats?
well, my stats in ham have been pretty good and have served me well -
1000 hp
990 action
750 (or 850..forget) mind
then for the secondary stats, all except for mind ones are 400-450..dont have the exact numbers with me
but i generally dont wear all that much armor...so i prefer a nice quick regeneration of the hams, plus a good balance of all three hams to cover all weaknesses..it is REALLY good having a moderation of all three, so you wont be taken down in lets say 3 mind shots if you got TONS of hp/action but little mind...
I am starting down the fencer path after being a entertainer/id/pistoleer and am really loving it as a career. I am human and am wondering if I should do some stat migration to make me better suited to the role. So can some of you human fencers out there post your stats and give me some suggestion on what I should do?
Right now my stats are Action heavy ~1000, with mind and health being about equal (~750), my secondary stats are a bit low though ranging around 500 on all. Thoughts?
I'm another new fencer with the same question. I've looked up old posts on the stats issue on this board, but most of the responses I've found seem to be from non-humans, particularly Zabrak, with stat bonuses that I, as a human fencer, don't have (but am insanely jealous of).
I also started out with Action-heavy and Secondary-light stats (being an entertainer, as well), but have recently migrated them to 800/550/500, 700/550/500, and 750/550/500; my health and mind seemed to be my biggest liabilities, though that's in part due to my tendency to spam specials with my gaffi stick. (And I've lurked on this board long enough to know that that's a bad habit which I ought to break.) So far, this build seems to be working well; when I've got my armor (Ubese) on, most of the damage I take is self-inflicted, and regenerates fairly quickly. (Wearing armor at all conflicts with my swashbuckling ideal, though, so I'm hoping to peel it off as my dodge, CoB, and damage mitigation bonuses grow.) I play at very odd hours and thus am typically solo and without buffs, so I'm relying entirely on my armor and stats to keep me in good shape.
Comments/advice from more experienced fencers? Please?

I would avoid being stunned and dizzied at the same time. Also try not to get knocked down. If you can, try not to be intimidated by any other person even if they let out a terrible warcry. Cover your eyes to avoid being blinded and if you get poisoned or begin to bleed then consider that a bad thing. Other than that you should be good to go. Have fun.
I *%#!ing love this post.
