what do you mean by feathered?

there is a slot in the new schematic that is labeled "feather appearance" if im not mistaken, just wondering if anyone knows what it looks like on TC

i dont even know what regular feathered armor looks like...

There is a ploom that comes out of the helmet. Kinda makes you look like an english dandy.

There is a farthered slot on every piece, does that mean on the pants it comes out of the %$£%
