I don't know for sure, have'nt got that far myself, but have you tried looking on the body armor section?

Are you standing near a private station?

If so, and you still cant find it, try a droid or try it nearanother station.

Some stations are bugged.

I bet you're standing next to a public station, next to the Armorsmith trainer? Yeah, that won't work. Vendor search for crafting droid under the Deeds section, buy a crafting droid that contains a clothing/armor crafting station (or hunt down your favorite DE). Buy it.

Walk outside the Guild Hall, call the droid, then you'll see it at the VERY bottom of your list (Ubese Shirt). Craft away, train, repeat. Have fun!

And if you really are using a private crafting station in your own house, try picking it up and putting it back down a few times. The ubese shirt is the last schematic on your list.

If this doesn't work, you may need a new crafting station. As others reported above, some crafting stations seemed to have been bugged along the way. Using a droid with a crafting station installed is also a good option.
