I am making advanced primus layers and cant get more than +8 kin/energy -9 base. I am using pretty good resources and even when i experiment on the layer the numbers do not change.
Is there something im missing?

Its a display bug.
Pop em in the factory and it will show true stats. But I bet they are around +37's or 35's
