Any new boots or gloves made after CU have zero sockets....but pre-cu items will still retain theirs.

So.... Armour boots/gloves have no use but fashion?
You'd be better off with tailored boots/gloves (for function) ?

Exactly. The only reasons I have to include themwhen sellingsets, is that (1) people may not be able to find a tailor with a matching pair of boots/gloves and (2) many people don't realize that these items are for looks only, and as such may feel cheated if they purchase a suit without them..

Well... I bet the Dosh players are happy. Not weaing gloves and boots seems to not be a penalty anymore (when using armour at least)

It never was a problem for Trando's... they didn't get penalized if they didn't have boots or gloves on. They just needed the pants and bracers/biceps instead. Back in the 4 part suit days.

No, Trando's had something called a "armor hole" we would take "feet damage" to....they should just let us wears boots and gloves not fair we lose 8 sockets.

Right-o, the four-piece suit of the old days was helmet, boots, gloves, and chest. Trandos and wooks had an armor hole where they would take full damage from hits to the hands and feet.
