I know CA make a 12 point AS...but what CA do this? Is it a CA with 12 or more in Experiment? Or is it Assembly?

You get a point for every 10 points in experimentation. So to be a 12 pt AS, you will need at least +20 in armor experimentation mods from your CA's.
