I'm looting a lot of Armor Segments, what are good stats? They range from +2 Health to +15 health, What can I trash and what should I keep?

If you multiply it by 21 you get the total health bonus you can get from a suit with them in it (you need 33 + at least 4 extra per stack for schems for a full suit).
2x21 = +41 health, not worth the trouble.
5x21 = +105 health, still not worth it if you ask me
10x21 = +210 health, now it's getting interesting.

I decided to bank a bunch of brackaset plates before the CU, I have over 50 of them now, all of them converted to +15 health for assault armor. new new ones I'm looting are crap, haha

what I have done to save resources is to only place these pieces in the 4 arm slots. This allows me to not waist them on schematics. If I want Chest, legs and helm I can make a single schem for those but do not need a full stack as arms only use 1 core each which you can hand make.
I have a ton of +15 NS Shards that where converted. I have yet to loot any others.

What about advanced armor cores? I looted a stack of 8, 3714 on all stats. what do those do?

Cores are a required part of armor. 3714 must be a Basic Core. To be honest 37k is pretty weak. If you have an AS friend I would give them to him but I doubt you could sell them for anything.

More of a bh than an armorsmith but I hopped onto my armorsmith to check him out with the new armors.. he's not master and everything seems to take identical battle/assault/recon cores depending on the armor your trying to make. SO, my advice is if these cores are subpar to what armorsmiths can make then just list them on the bazaar, hopefully quite cheap, and save some new non master armorsmith from placing factories and letting them at least build some armor.
