Thread: What's the max on primus layers?

Im only getting
Kinetic +32
Energy +32
Im missing 2 of the best resources....is this why everyone is complaing about layers not having a big affect? Only gain 300 in the final piece from using layers.

Im gettin +31 or 33 can't remember...There actually not bad. I've been using them in my advanced recon suits...especially ubese.

Theoretical Max is +50, half of the other layers. They were considered too good so they got nerfed.

I havent tried using primus layers cuz im too lazy to go and find all those funky named resources required but what I did try was to reduce the energy resistance (again this was a test 
) by using all +34 Kinetic layers which also gave a -34 on energy resist. I figured this would greatly reduce the amount of energy but suprisingly all my resists are still within 20 points of each other. And thats a 98% eperimentation on the kinetic layers so i would agree with wadabi in that layers dont contibute much to the final product.

Hmm, I was getting +85 kinetic and +93 energy layers on TC-Corbantis, and the energy layers were experimented into the 90's.

K and E Layers can hit +90 but since Prima ups both K and E their total max is capped a bti lower. +35 K and +35 E = 70 total. I think the practical max is not much over 75 maybe 80 I havent hit that quite yet as Im still waiting on uber Named Stuff for Primus.

im hiting 41 or 42 at 92%

they are somwhere around there.. i would think max would be 50 and 90

OK i have searched all the resources that have ever spawned and thought I got the best...max i can get is 35...that is in the 70% range. Some other guy on my server says he got 40.....what the heck!?

i can craft primus up to 37 or 39..i don't remember exact stats tho
