You knew it was out there, didn't you?
So, I'm looking at my resources and my crafting very carefully while I do my new armor. I use a polymer that is 960 OQ and 1000 SR. In my schematic breaddown (lower right corner of the GUI), I see it broken down to 50% x 960 = 480 and 50% x 1000 = 500. Should give me 980 total, or 98%, right?
Then we go take a peek at the quality indicator in the schematic slots (center of the crafting GUI). Well, it's still green, but it 's about 75%. Now, going back to my polymer's stats, I see that it also has DR of 26 and UT of 956. Which would be just about right to hit the 75% mark.
Small coincidence? I think not!!!
Watching my schematics, I find that a lot of the results are more in keeping with the schematics using all 4 stats that were pre-CU rather than only the post-CU options of OQ and SR.
I urge all AS's to check your own results and to /bug this ASAP in hopes of getting it patched.

Uhm.. where have you been the last couple of days?
This is by design and is a new system of weighing materials, as confirmed by Blixtev. Search around the forum a bit, I don't know any links by hand.

ignore those % on the side, from what i've noticed it's now based on gate's of the resources in that items with a very tight gate can have loose 10-20% in a very short space of point's, it's made it a bit more complicated now, but now SR is the main stat to look for on gated resources, doesn't matter if the OQ suffer's quite a bit.

The problem is that what you state here doesn't bare out with the example I gave... did you not see that I said 1000 SR? If that were the case, it should shift higher, or at the very least, down less.
The only way I can explain the result that I actually see is that that Mal, OQ, SR and UT are all still being used in the pre-CU fashion.

Ah well, I didn't read the post too thoroughly I guess. What are you making anyway? Got a screenie?

Ummm... 1000SR isn't going to be affected by the new weighting system.

oq/sr/dr of your resources listed is 662 avg. Were you making a final piece of armor or a component?

Not at the moment... as I can't get logged in. But I was working with Adv. Recon Cores.

Might be a bug with resources that have 1000 one stat, I didn't get the same bug using my OQ921 SR936 Polymer when making Adv Recon cores... at least I don't think so.
