I've asked the Devs for a fix on this, and I believe one is on the way.

Gee... every time they've wiped/crashed my inventory, the constant CSR response was "suck it up".

yup, CSR seem to be using a different game sometimes...
your ovbiously in a much worse situation that me, i just wnat some armor padding schmatics converted to something that works..
the response i get from a csr "we cannot interfear with armor purchased post cu" thats not even CLOSE to what i asked... i asked from my schmatics to be converted to USEABLE schmatics... why the hell would i be buying armor...i can make it myslef ><

my sitution is critical
I need an urgent solution to my situation, to me continue playing.
my factoris are fullwith many broken itens, I needempty it, 1 week pass and nothing.
when i contact online suport only response is sorrys and apologies, and to compense my lost, have an 1 week with 4x more xp, but my char is veteran,my template is done many time ago, ( including fs xp)
look my problem.
I have 18000 layersdone and 9000 advanced composites segmentsall broken because wrong conversion script.
( dont ask, why u make all it, because i worked hard to make final itens and rollback on bloodfin ruined all my work)
18000 + 27000used onadvanced segments= 45000 layers
45000*47=2115000
9000 * 29 = 261000
2376000 of ubber resources.
look for resources lost
Sevonoa (best ever siliclastic ore, spawned 100 days back)
etchocap (very good polymer, spawned more of 200 days back)
sodyla ( very good copper, spawned more of 200 days back)
aupiviris (2.o best ever kirium stell, spawned more of 200 days back)
icim (2.o best ever colat iron, spawnded more of 200 days back)
this is too much for anyone lost, because an script error.
this is not some few hours of play lost in rollback, this is many days, maybe many months of playing and paying. looking for resources in trade forum, seting harverster, or looking for it on vendor around galaxys (rememberdont have global search in past) any ubber crafter know about it.
the solution to my problem is simple, need only 20-30 minutes of CSR to look my factories farm, count exactly numbers of crates with erros, create resources again, and put it in any factorie, and delete all wrong itens.all resources are same.
I believe dont have way to correct it with new script because layers are 0 in stats. then dont have chance to new script correct it.
